Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara recently renewed their wedding vows while celebrating another milestone for the "All About That Bass" singer. Now, Trainor is sharing the reason they plan to continue the tradition.

Trainor appeared on a recent episode of the Drew Barrymore Show where she revealed that she and the Spy Kids actor renewed their vows on her 30th birthday in December 2023, with her manager reprising his role as officiant during the nuptials. The couple originally tied the knot in a small backyard ceremony at their Los Angeles home in 2018, per Page Six.

"On my 30th birthday, we got married again 'cause that was my request," she said, adding that they plan to renew their vows every few years. "Every five years, we're getting married. And [her manager] married us again and he's like the godfather of my kids."

During the interview, the "Made You Look" singer also praised her family and team — who she also credits as her family — for helping her balance her life as a mother of two while also continuing her music career.

The couple welcomed their first child together in February 2021, a son named Riley. Last year, they expanded their family by welcoming another son, Barry, who turns 1 in July. However, Trainor also hinted that she would like to add to their family even more, saying that she and Sabara are "trying to make one" by that she's "been busy."

"I'm done but I'm not. I need two more kids," she said. "I want daughters."
